The overall condition of the the food facility at time of inspection from the walls, equipment, and floors is extremely dirty, dusty, and in need of cleaning.
Multiple utensils and containers stored with clean food equipment were observed to have food residue and was not clean to sight and touch.
Observed interior of microwave unit to have significant amounts of old food residue and debris and was not clean to sight and touch.
The food facility does not have the original certificate for the certified food employee posted in public view.
Observed numerous foods in the walk in refrigerator and Bane Marie's stored open with no covering.
Observed the filters of the hood system located above the wok, grill and fryers to have an excessive accumulation of char like substance/static dust and grease.
The person in charge did not demonstrate adequate knowledge of food safety in this food facility as evidenced by this non-compliant inspection.
Observed wet wiping cloths in kitchen prep area, not being stored in sanitizer solution.
Observed that the Stove/Wok area has significant food spillage.
Observed the shelves in the walk in cooler have excessive amounts of food residue.
Observed the inside of Turbo Cooling unit to have excessive amounts of food debris throughout the unit.
Observed excessive amounts of splatter and food residue on the back wall and shelving close to the handwash sink and three basin sink.
