Missouri man sentenced to 10 years for grain fraud

The Missouri man who pleaded guilty in an organic grain fraud scheme has been sentenced to 10 years in prison.

Randy Constant was sentenced in federal court in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He admitted to misleading customers into thinking they were buying certified organic grain which was not organic.
