32% of Indiana corn, 33% of soybeans good to excellent

Scattered rainfall brought some relief to crops in Indiana last week.

According to the USDA, the corn crop condition is 32 percent good to excellent with 89 percent silking and 43 percent in the dough stage.

Soybeans are 81 percent blooming and 50 percent setting pods. The crop is 33 percent good to excellent.
