Update: Sioux Falls police said on Aug. 21 that Christopher Yahola was arrested in Minnesota over the weekend.

Sioux Falls police say two of the four men accused of kidnapping another man and holding him hostage for two days are still on the loose.

Ronald Lee Webb, 38, and Christopher Allen Yahola, 35, have warrants out for their arrests on charges of first-degree kidnapping, according to the Minnehaha County Sheriff's Office's warrants records.

Police say Webb, Yahola and two other men — James Oliver Hanna, 56, of Sioux Falls and Robert Allen Fitzler, 38, of Montrose — held a man hostage in a Sioux Falls basement for two days, burning him with a blue torch and depriving him of food before letting him go.

An affidavit filed in the case stated that the four suspects accused the man of a "drug deal gone wrong" and kidnapped him because he owed them money.

Hanna was arrested last Thursday and is being held in the Minnehaha County Jail on a $100,000 bond, according to jail records. Fitzler was arrested Friday and is being held without bond.

Sioux Falls police spokesman Sam Clemens said police are unsure if Webb and Yahola are still in Sioux Falls or if they have left the area.

Anyone who sees Webb or Yahola is asked to call police immediately.
