Sabir Ahmad Newton, 39, 1600 block of Arapaho Avenue, Stuart; warrant for possession of fentanyl on Aug. 14; warrant for failure to appear, docket sounding, driving while license suspended.

Steven Michael Kinser, 41, 2500 block of Southwest Marquis Terrace, Stuart; grand theft; dealing in stolen property; giving false verification of ownership.

Frederick Earl Smth, 18, 1100 block of Southwest Buckskin Trail, Stuart; burglary of a conveyance; grand theft.

Lorraine Carter Miller, 52, Palm Beach; warrant for second amended violation of probation, possession of cocaine.

Timothy Kendall Vanhohenstein, 31, 1400 block of Northeast Cedar Street, Jensen Beach; sale of methamphetamine; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) without a prescription.  Arrested in St. Lucie County.
