Pa. Fish and Boat Commission offers $1 fishing license on Labor Day

Residents and non-residents looking to do some fishing on Labor Day are in luck. The Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission is offering a one-day fishing license for the discounted rate of $1 plus a $1.90 processing and vendor fee.

A one-day license normally costs $11.90 for Pennsylvania residents and $26.90 for non-residents.

This one-day, special-rated license will be valid only on Monday, Sept. 2.

Fishing licenses are always free for anglers under the age of 16.
