A 9.87-acre site that theMarch Air Reserve in the Inland Empire has traded hands betweenCircle Development and the CarsonCos. The buyer plans to develop 210,000-square-footindustrial facility at the site, which will start construction thismonth.

The development site is fully entitled for the210,000-square-foot industrial warehouse. The project is scheduledto deliver in mid 2020. It will feature 32-foot minimum warehouseclear height, 34 dock high doors, 2000 amps of power, ESFRsprinkler system, 7-foot slab and LED warehouse lighting.
