Soil health expert promotes benefits of fresh soil ‘probiotics’
The recent BIO World Congress in Des Moines gave ag-related startup companies a chance to pitch their products to potential investors.
Paul Zorner of Locus Agricultural Solutions says they want to create a network of what he calls “agricultural microbreweries”, which would provide fresh soil “probiotics” to farmers. Zorner says it’s a natural and sustainable management tool for growers looking to increase plant vigor and productivity, as well as carbon sequestration.
Zorner discussed it in this interview with Brownfield.
