Jack-knifed semis block lanes on southbound I-94, northbound I-41

Jack-knifed semis are causing lane restrictions on rain-soaked southbound I-94 near the Mitchell Interchange and northbound I-41 south of Capitol Drive, according to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.

Motorists are advised to expect long delays in those areas, according to the DOT.
