Silver Alert issued for missing Milwaukee man

A Silver Alert has been issued for a 75-year-old Milwaukee man, believed to be cognitive impaired, who went missing Wednesday morning.

Daniel W. Young, who goes by Dan, walked away from his home in the 2700 block of West Bobolink Avenue around 6 a.m. Wednesday, according to the Justice Department's alert. 

Young is described as black, 6 feet 4 inches and 220 pounds. He has brown eyes, a mustache and is balding with short gray hair. 

Young was last wearing a blue T-shirt, burgundy baseball cap, tan shorts and black leather shoes with Velcro straps. He may also have a cane.
