Milk futures, cash dairy mostly lower

Milk futures on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange closed lower Monday along with cash trade as the market continue to price correct.

July Class III milk futures down two cents at $17.33.  August down 12 cents at $17.43.  September down a dime at $17.62.  October nine cents lower at $17.59.  November through February contracts seven to 13 cents lower.

Dry whey down $0.0025 at $0.32.  One trade was made at that price.

Blocks down $0.0250 at $1.7625.

Barrels down $0.0275 at $1.7125.  Six trades were made ranging from $1.7125 to $1.7375.  

Butter up $0.0175 at $2.43.  Five trades were made ranging from $2.4525 to $2.4375.

Nonfat dry milk unchanged $1.0275.  Two trades were made at $1.0250 and $1.0275.
