Mnuchin says U.S.-China trade deal is 90 percent done

U.S. Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin says a U.S.-China trade deal is about 90 percent done.

His comments come days before President Trump and Chinese President Xi are expected to meet at the G20 summit in Japan.

During an interview with CNBC, Mnuchin says he believes progress will be made during the meeting. But, he wouldn’t speculate on a timeline.
