Second Missouri disaster declaration sought

Missouri Lieutenant Governor Mike Kehoe, on behalf of Governor Parson, has requested a presidential disaster declaration for 41 Missouri counties hit by flooding, tornadoes and severe storms.

More than 900 homes and more than 100 businesses have been severely damaged or destroyed. 

Governor Parson’s first disaster request was granted on May 20th by President Trump for 13 counties suffering from flooding and severe storms.
