USTR to hold hearing on proposed tariffs

Public hearings on President Trump’s plan to impose tariffs on $300 billion worth of Chinese goods begins today in Washington D.C.

The U.S. Trade Representative’s office says the hearings will continue through this Friday and then pick up again on June 24 and 25.

Industry witnesses will include Chris Novak, president and CEO of CropLife America, and many others.
