The investigation into Livingstone’s actions is ongoing and investigators are seeking help identifying possible additional victims. Livingstone is said to use an English accent while contacting single men and women to manipulate them romantically into buying him expensive items. He claims the gifts are needed to help a career in social media, broadcasting, reality television or fashion.
