[affiliate] The more I see other people wearing these loose jumpsuits, the more I think anyone can wear them. I saw a much older lady at the station the other day looking absolutely knock-out in one – so elegant. She’d styled it with a white t-shirt underneath but obviously, any colour T would look amazing as would a lacy bralette (see Matalan version, £10 for 3 black, white, green, HERE below) or anything racer back by way of support.

Matalan bralette

I have a similar jumpsuit version (Sainsbury’s, £14 thank you very much!) that I wore on holiday over my swimmies and for generally lounging about and I have a more ‘worky’ version from Monsoon that in truth I’ve only worn once because – weather!  I was surprised at how flattering they are and it’s a good lesson in when you think you can’t you actually can.

Friday Treat Other Stories

I love this one from Other Stories, £65 HERE)  for being such an easy wear – it’s floaty and skimmy and you can wear it with white trainers just as well as you can wear it with gold heels. Better yet, it fits and suits just about every shape – it’s supposed to be loose fit and generous. Just add a gorgeous, wide brimmed sun-hat and you’re ready! It’s also excellent for that hotel-to-beach dash and as a cover up when you go to get an ice-cream (or wine). Personally, I find sarongs unreliable – I always think they’re going to fall off AND they make my bottom look like it’s sticking out!

M&S Beach hat

This hat is M&S, £25 (HERE) but there are plenty around on the high street.
