GlobeSt.com Celebrates Women Brokers-Debt & Equity Finance

GlobeSt.com and Real Estate Forum are pleased to announce the top 2019 Woman of Influence professionals of the year in the category of Brokers-Debt and Equity Finance.

In preparation for our Women of Influence special feature and retreat, Real Estate Forum and GlobeSt.com together is putting a spotlight on the achievements of women in commercial real estate. This year, we collected nominations across a number of fields, with the awards to be presented at our inaugural GlobeSt.ELITE Women of Influence Conference and this year’s amount of entries, was our biggest yet.

The field of broker/intermediary-debt and equity finance was open to brokers whose primary function is to source and originate debt and equity capital on behalf of borrowers within commercial real estate. Those featured aren’t necessarily chosen because they are the most active or prolific dealmakers in the field, but more importantly, we were seeking those professionals who have shown dexterity and creativity, and have consistently meet borrowers’ needs despite market fluctuations and uncertainty. These financing brokers have well-developed relationships with the industry’s major sources of capital, and a distinct reputation as someone with experience, integrity, a strong financial skill set and commitment to excellence.

Natalie Dolce, editor-in-chief of GlobeSt.com and GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum, is responsible for working with editorial staff, freelancers and senior management to help plan the overarching vision that encompasses GlobeSt.com, including short-term and long-term goals for the website, how content integrates through the company’s other product lines and the overall quality of content. Prior to moving out to the Southern California office, she was Northeast bureau chief, covering New York City for GlobeSt.com. Her background includes a stint at InStyle Magazine, and as managing editor with New York Press, an alternative weekly New York City paper. In her career, she has also covered a variety of beats for M magazine, Arthur Frommer's Budget Travel, FashionLedge.com, and Co-Ed magazine. Dolce has also freelanced for a number of publications, including MSNBC.com and Museums New York magazine.
