9% of Ohio corn, 4% of soybeans planted

Wet conditions hindered planting progress in Ohio this week.

Corn is 9 percent planted, compared to 69 percent a year ago and the five-year average of 62 percent.

Soybeans are 4 percent planted, compared to 47 percent a year ago and the five-year average of 35 percent.

Winter wheat is 65 percent fair to good.
