A Waynesboro man is accused of forcing a 25-year-old woman and a 13-year-old boy to have sex last winter.

Christopher Walker, 34, is charged with three types of criminal solicitation: a felony count of sexual assault, a felony count of statutory sexual assault - 11 years older, and a misdemeanor count of corruption of minors.

He is in Franklin County Jail, unable to post $200,000 bail as of Thursday morning, according to court records.

A special crimes investigator with the Franklin County District Attorney's Office wrote in charging documents that authorities separately interviewed the boy and woman.

The boy said he had sex with Walker's female friend last summer when he spent the night at Walker's house, located on West Main Street in Waynesboro.

The woman said Walker would not let her leave. When she walked into the next room, the boy stood naked from the waist down. She said Walker made her and the boy sit next to each other on the couch, then made the boy to fondle her. Walker eventually pushed the boy on top of her, the woman said.

The boy said Walker ordered him to have sex with the woman, telling him to "be a man," documents state. They had sex for a short time until the boy stopped because "it wasn't right and he didn't want to do it," documents state.

When the woman was asked what happened after the boy was pushed on top of her, she became emotional and said she did not remember, documents state.

Police said Walker denied the incident.

His preliminary hearing is scheduled for 8:15 a.m. Tuesday in Franklin County Central Court.
