April 23

Diego Pena, 26, of Deming, was served a Municipal Bench Warrant for failure to pay fines. Pena was released to the court for immediate appearance.

Alejandro Stewart, 19, of the 2400 block of Nevada Drive, was arrested on a 12th District Court Arrest Warrant for a probation violation. Stewart was incarcerated at OCDC.

Alina Bryant, 28, of the 200 block of New York Avenue, was arrested on a Municipal Court Bench Warrant for failure to pay fines. Bryant was released on her own recognizance.

Residential Burglary was reported by Ruben Sanchez at the 1800 block of Crescent. No suspects have been developed at this time.

Zackary McClendon, 20, of Tularosa, was arrested on a 12th District Court Bench Warrant for failure to appear. McClendon was incarcerated at OCDC.

Cawahn Burrell, 23, of the 1300 block of 15th Street, was issued non-traffic citations for marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia stemming from a domestic disturbance investigation.

Malik James, 21, of the 1300 block of 15th Street, was issued non-traffic citations for marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia stemming from a domestic disturbance investigation. 

William Mance, 54, of the 2400 block of Pecan Drive, was arrested for aggravated assault (deadly weapon), criminal damage to property, aggravated battery, resisting or obstructing an officer and a Limestone County (Alabama) Magistrate Court Warrant for failure to appear after a report of a battery at the above residence. Mance was incarcerated in OCDC and is to appear in Magistrate Court when summoned.
