Nebraska co-ops announce merger

Members of Henderson Co-op, a southeast Nebraska cooperative, have voted to merge with Central Valley Ag (CVA), one of the nation’s largest ag co-ops.

Henderson Co-op has two locations in Henderson, a service station and an agronomy facility. Central Valley Ag has with locations in Nebraska, Iowa and Kansas.
