Monday, April 22

Day Shift

Enrique Sifuentes Jr., 45, of the 1400 block of Incredible Court, Alamogordo, pursuant to contact at Municipal Court, was arrested on a Magistrate Court Arrest Warrant for negligent arson. Sifuentes was incarcerated at OCDC and is to appear in Magistrate Court as scheduled.

Matthew Walters, 32, of Albuquerque, was served with a Municipal Court Bench Warrant for to appear or pay. Walters was released to the Municipal court for immediate appearance.

Scott Tsosie, 31, of the 1600 block of Hawaii Avenue, Alamogordo, was arrested on a Corrections Department Arrest order. Tsosie was incarcerated at OCDC and is to appear in District Court as scheduled.

John Christensen, 55, of the 3200 block of Fayne Lane, was arrested on a Lincoln County Bench Warrant for failure to pay. Christensen was incarcerated at OCDC and is to appear in the respective Court as scheduled.

Shiloh Perkins, 44, of the 400 block of Sunglow Avenue, pursuant to contact at Municipal Court, was arrested on a Municipal Court Bench Warrant for failure to pay. Perkins was released on his own recognizance and is to appear in Municipal Court as scheduled.

Larceny: Anthony Christopherson of 2200 E. 1st Street, reported UPS package stolen from his residence at the door sometime between April 18 and April 22. No suspects. 

Shoplifting: Albertson’s Management reported a male subject had stolen a 750 ml bottle of Sauza Tequila worth $24.99 and fled the scene on foot. Investigation on going. 

Night Shift

 William Mance, 54, of the 2400 block of Pecan Drive, was arrested for aggravated assault (deadly weapon), criminal damage to property, aggravated battery, resisting or obstructing an officer and a Limestone County (Alabama) Magistrate Court Warrant for failure to appear after a report of a battery at the above residence. Mance was incarcerated in OCDC and is to appear in Magistrate Court when summoned.
