Friday, April 19

Day Shift

Adelie R . Guilez-Peña, 29, of the 3700 block of Fernwood Avenue, was arrested on a Municipal Court warrant (FTA). Guilez-Peña was booked into OCDC pending her appearance in Municipal Court.

Isaac Klinekole, 42, claims homeless, was issued two Municipal Court non-traffic citations for shoplifting and trespassing. Klinekole shoplifted a book from a store in the White Sands Mall. Klinekole had been previously trespassed from the White Sands Mall. Klinekole is to appear in Municipal Court.

Lucas Fahl, 37, of Crestwood Lane, was issued a Municipal Court non traffic citation for unlawful possession of marijuana. Fahl was found to be in possession of marijuana. Fahl is to appear in Municipal Court.

Kendra Johnson, 22, of the 2500 block of East 1st Street, pursuant to an execution of a search warrant at her residence was arrested on a Magistrate Court warrant (possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia). Johnson was booked into OCDC pending her appearance in Magistrate Court.

Night Shift

Tahir Wakefield-Berridge, 21, of the 2500 block of East 1st Street, was arrested on a Magistrate Court Warrant for possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. He was incarcerated at OCDC to appear in Magistrate Court.

Brittany Rubio, 20, of El Paso, was arrested on a Doña Ana County Magistrate Court Warrant for FTA. She was incarcerated at OCDC pending extradition.

Chyanne Reed, 18, of the 1700 block of Corte Alegre, pursuant to a public contact was arrested on a Magistrate Court Warrant for FTA. She was released on an unsecured bond to appear in Magistrate Court.

Jasmine Mims 33, of the 400 block of Sunrise Avenue, pursuant to a traffic stop, was arrested for DWI . She was incarcerated at OCDC to appear in Municipal Court. 

Saturday, April 20

Day Shift

Enrique Sifuentes, 44, of the 1400 block of Incredible Court, was issued a Municipal Court non-traffic citation for assault. Sifuentes threatened to throw a rock at another subject. Sifuentes is to appear in Municipal Court.

Charles Cook, 28, of the 500 block of Venus Avenue, pursuant to a shoplifting investigation was arrested on a Magistrate Court warrant (trafficking a controlled substance). Cook was additionally issued two Municipal Court non-traffic citations for fraud concealing identity. Cook would find receipts to Walmart and try to return items from within the store for cash. Cook is to appear in respective courts.

Night Shift

Estilla Fernandez, 19, of the 1300 block of Old Mescalero Road, was issued a Municipal Court non-traffic citation for park closure hours after she located at Kids Kingdom after the allotted hours.

Cruz Guerrero, 19, of the 1300 block of Michigan Avenue, was issued a Municipal Court non-traffic citation for park closure hours after he located at Kids Kingdom after the allotted hours.

Kenneth Murray, 36, of the 200 block of Kerry Avenue, was arrested on a District Court Warrant for violation of conditions of release. He was incarcerated at OCDC.

John James, 33, of the 1100 block of Municipal Avenue, pursuant to a public contact was arrested on a Municipal Court Warrant for FTA and additionally cited for lamps and other equipment on bicycles. He was released on an unsecured bond to appear in Municipal Court.

Sunday, April 21

Day Shift

Rebecca Fields, 39, of 400 Sunshine Avenue, was arrested on a Municipal Court warrant (FTA). Fields was additionally issued two Municipal Court non traffic citations for unlawful possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Fields was released on her own recognizance pending her appearance in Municipal Court.

Joram Melendez, 43, of the 2100 block of Camino De Suenos, was arrested on a Magistrate Court warrant (FTP). Melendez was booked into OCDC pending his appearance in Magistrate Court.

James St. Peter, 40, of Debbie Lane, pursuant to a motor vehicle crash investigation was arrested on a State of New Mexico Corrections Department of Probation/Parole arrest order and unlawful use of a license (suspended). St. Peter is to appear in respective courts.

Michael Dirikson, 34, of the 900 block of Brooks Avenue, was arrested on a Magistrate Court warrant (FTA) and two Municipal Court warrants (FTPx2). Dirikson was booked into OCDC pending his appearance in respective courts.

John Baxter, 68, of the 900 block of Brooks Avenue,was arrested on three Magistrate Court warrants (FTAx2, conditions of release). Baxter was booked into OCDC pending his appearance in Magistrate Court.

Eddie Sandoval, 62, of the 1000 block of Paradise Avenue, was arrested on a Municipal Court warrant (FTAx3). Sandoval was booked into OCDC pending his appearance in Municipal Court.

Night Shift

Yolanda Yatsayte, 31, of the 1200 block of Vermont Avenue, pursuant to a domestic disturbance in the 800 block of Puerto Rico, was arrested for battery on a household member, assault on a police officer, and resisting/obstructing an officer. Yatsayte battered her boyfriend and refused to obey the commands of officers. When being detained, she attempted to hit an officer. She was incarcerated at OCDC to appear in Magistrate Court.

Jacqulynn Cano, 35, of the 2200 block of Pecan Drive, was issued a non-traffic citation for trespassing after she went onto the property of 2202 Oregon after previously being trespassed. She was cited to appear in Municipal Court.

Robert Golightly, 62 homeless, was issued a non-traffic citation for trespassing after he was reported to be on the property of 723 N. White Sands after previously being trespassed. He was cited to appear in Magistrate Court.

Francisco Martinez, 53, of  the 1400 block of Gray Street, was issued a non-traffic citation for criminal damage to the property of a household member after he damaged a door during an argument with his girlfriend. He was cited to appear in Magistrate Court. 

Cady Candrum, 28, of Sams Place, was issued a non-traffic citation for unlawful possession of weapons after she was found to be in possession of brass knuckles. She was cited to appear in Municipal Court.

Gwynna Sanford, 53, of the 1400 block of Puerto Rico Avenue, was issued a non-traffic citation for abuse of 911 after she made several phone calls on 911 making false reports. She is to appear in Magistrate Court.
