San Angelo's Beta Sigma Phi honored by City Council

Members representing local Beta Sigma Phi chapters were recognized recently during the San Angelo City Council meeting as Mayor Brenda Gunter honored the group, which is the world's largest Greek-letter women's service, cultural and social organization, with seven chapters and 58 members in town.

Mayor Gunter applauded Beta Sigma Phi for continued achievement and determination to make a positive difference in the community.

Local chapters will honor their members during a Founders’ Day gathering April 25 at the River Terrace.
