Robber steals $150,000 in property from Thousand Oaks Sprint store

Thousand Oaks deputies are investigating a robbery at a mobile phone store Friday morning that resulted in an estimated property loss of $150,000, authorities said.

The incident was reported at 10:15 a.m. at Sprint, 173 N. Moorpark Road.

The robbery involved one person entering the business and threatening the employee at gunpoint, police said. The robber stole various merchandise and fled to a vehicle waiting outside, according to authorities.
