NAMPA, Idaho — A Nampa man is facing multiple felony charges after police say they found evidence that he sexually abused an underage girl for more than a year.

Jeromy Edwin Kelley, 40, is charged with two counts of sexual abuse of a minor, lewd conduct and video voyeurism.

According to court documents, Kelley is accused of repeatedly molesting the 14-year-old victim, beginning when she was 12 years old. The girl reported that Kelley had touched her inappropriately on multiple occasions.

Investigators also found videos on Kelley's tablet of the girl changing clothes or getting into the shower. The videos appeared to be recorded secretly from beneath the bedroom and bathroom door, according to court documents.

Police began investigating the sexual abuse in September, and Kelley was arrested on the lewd conduct charge in February. As the investigation continued, police found additional evidence, and prosecutors added the sexual abuse of a minor and video voyeurism charges earlier this week.

According to court documents, Kelley admitted sexually abusing the girl to a friend and to an Idaho Department of Health and Welfare social worker, but declined to answer investigators' questions in a later police interview.

Kelley was arrested on the newest charges Friday by the Ada County Sheriff's Office. Bond is currently set at $500,000.

Kelley is due to appear in court Friday morning.
