"Jeopardy!" contestant James Holzhauer has paved his way to being one of the unforgettable names on the show.

Holzhauer broke the record for earning the most prize money in a single day. How much was that exactly?

The now Hall of Famer racked up $131,127 on the Wednesday, April 17, episode, which trumped his single-day earnings from the week before.

The triumph didn't go unnoticed by another popular Jeopardy! contestant. You might remember Ken Jennings who held the longest winning streak of 74 games earning $2,520,700, according to the "Jeopardy!" website.

In a tweet regarding Holzhauer, Jennings wrote, "This is absolutely insane. I've always wanted to see someone try Jeopardy! wagering this way who had the skills to back it up."
