Five men charged after exposing themselves to undercover agents at Shreveport park

Five Shreveport men were arrested last week for exposing themselves to an undercover officer at a park.
The men, listed below, were arrested by members of the Shreveport Police VICE unit and the Crimes Against Children Task Force during a two-day operation at Hamel's Memorial Park, located in the 900 block of Clyde Fant Parkway, the Shreveport Police Department stated in a Facebook post on Tuesday.
The following men were charged with one count obscenity each, according to the jail records:
- Mark Shiplov, 53, was arrested Thursday after he allegedly exposed himself to an undercover agent and attempted to make a sexual proposition.
- Marvin Lee Murray, 59, was arrested Thursday after he allegedly exposed himself to an undercover agent in return for sexual favors.
- Melvin Stallcup, 71, was arrested Thursday after he allegedly exposed himself to an officer in a public park.
- Warren Williams, 74, was arrested Thursday after he allegedly exposed himself to an undercover agent.
- Jimmie Salley, 80, was arrested Friday after he allegedly exposed himself to an undercover agent.
The men were booked at the Shreveport City Jail with no bond, according to jail records.
