Thursday, April 11

Day Shift

Michael Isaac, 20, of the 2200 block of East 1st Street, was issued Municipal Court citations for rabies vaccinations, tag and collar and licensing after ACO made contact with him at 2910 N. Florida in reference to his animals. Isaac is to appear in Municipal Court.

Robert Walton, 39, of the 700 block of South Canyon, was issued a Magistrate Court non-traffic citations for battery on a household member and criminal damage to household member's property after officers responded to the area of 10th and Virginia in reference to a domestic. Investigation revealed Walton grabbed his wife and took her cell phone and broke it against the ground. Walton is to appear in Magistrate Court. 

Cody Harper, 20, of The Colony, TX, was arrested for Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear after he turned himself in at Municipal Court. Harper was released to the Court for immediate appearance.

Rose Bray. 23, of the 2600 block of 18th, was arrested for a Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear after officer made contact with her at Municipal Court. Bray was released on an unsecured bond to appear in Municipal Court.

David Watson, 24, of the 500 block of Palomino Road, was issued a Municipal Court non-traffic citation for sale use of glue after he was found passed out with a can of duster near to him. Watson is to appear in Municipal Court.

Harley Taylor, 32, of the 900 block of Sims, was arrested after officers made contact with him at his residence for a Dona Ana Magistrate Court warrant for failure to pay, a NM Department of Corrections Arrest Order and issued a Municipal Court non-traffic citation for resisting, obstructing an officer after he refused to put leg shackles on. Taylor was incarcerated into OCDC to appear in respective Courts.

Joe Jones, 61, of the 400 block of Canal, was arrested for a Magistrate Court warrant for failure to pay after officers made contact with him at 2224 N White Sands. Jones was incarcerated into OCDC to appear in Magistrate Court. 

Cameron Turkington, 31, of Forsyth, was arrested for aggravated burglary, criminal damage (over $1000), (two counts) breaking and entering, indecent exposure, two counts of attempting to commit a felony, criminal trespass, resisting or obstructing an officer and possession of a switch blade after officers responded to 1401 College (Chaparral Middle School) for a subject taking a bath next to the road. Investigation revealed Turkington had taken all his clothes off to bathe in a school sprinkler, attempted to break into the Chaparral Middle School, and had broken into three apartments at 1333 Filmore and armed himself with a knife along with stealing items from the residences. After he was arrested and at APD, Turkington refused to go back into the booking room and was assisted back into the booking room. Turkington was additionally issued a Municipal Court non- traffic citation for possession of marijuana from an incident on April 10. Turkington was incarcerated into OCDC to appear in Court.

Night Shift

Tasha Parr, 38, of the 1100 block of Filipino, pursuant to an ongoing larceny investigation was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance (hydrocodone) and larceny. Parr was booked into OCDC pending her appearance in Magistrate Court.

Kristal R. Padilla, 26, of  Tularosa, pursuant to a traffic stop was arrested for DWI. Padilla was booked into OCDC pending her appearance in Municipal Court.

Antonio De La Paz,18, of the 900 block of Lindberg, pursuant to a domestic disturbance investigation was arrested on a Municipal Court warrant (FTP).  De La Paz was booked into OCDC pending his appearance in Municipal Court.

Tara McGavran, 27, of the 1400 block of New York Avenue, pursuant to public contact was issued a Municipal Court non traffic citation for park closure. McGavran was located the property of Griggs Field during the hours of when the park is closed. McGavran is to appear in Municipal Court.

Felip Carrillo, 21, of the 300 block of Mobile Lane, pursuant to public contact was issued a Municipal Court non-traffic citation for park closure. Carrillo was located on the property of Griggs Field during the hours of when the park is closed.
