[affiliate] As you probably know, the YesStyle website is like cat-nip to me. Every single time I go on there to look at what’s happening in Korean/Asian beauty, I end up buying something. So, meet Tako, the octopus, from Tony Moly, designed to scrub skin and clear blackheads.

TAKO Pore Blackhead Scrub Stick

I mean, you see why I couldn’t leave him sitting on the virtual shelf? In terms of whether it works – I am not sure that it could make any serious inroads into a blackhead problem. However, Tony Moly is a brand full of surprises, and the ingredient line up is impressive. Not only does it have little scrubby bits in it, but the formula contains taurine (said to be tightening), dead sea salts, black pear water (purifying), charcoal powder and rotorua mud. So, there will be some sebum absorbing going on as well as exfoliating. It feels very gentle in use, I must admit, but I don’t think I’ll stick with it for me (I don’t have any blackheads thankfully) so I think this is one for my son who loves skin care and the easy use of it will probably appeal to him.

Tako Pore Blackhead Scrub Stick

As mentioned, I got mine from YesStyle but CultBeauty also has it (more expensively) if you don’t want to wait (about 10 days). I paid £5.76 for it HERE with postage on top (about £3 I think). In checking the numbers, I’ve just seen they’ve got a yellow TAKO sun stick SPF50 HERE – so here I go again! See below.

Great for popping into school bags, right?! And, er, handbags, obviously 🙂
