Loretta C. Hartsock, 92, of Pleasant Hill, IL passed away Saturday (3-2-19) at the Eastside Health and Rehabilitation Center in Pittsfield.
Loretta was born September 21, 1926 in Crocker, MO, a daughter of William I. and Mary Ellen Lee Miller.
She married Guy Junior Hartsock on October 29, 1949 in Bowling Green, MO. Guy passed away on February 29, 1988
Loretta and Guy lived most of their married life in Phoenix, AZ. Loretta enjoyed volunteering at Doctor's Hospital in Phoenix and was honored for serving more than 7000 volunteer hours.
Survivors include a brother, Gerald (Ruth Ann) Miller of Jacksonville, fourteen nieces and nephews, nineteen great nieces and great nephews and numerous great-great nieces and nephews.
Loretta was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, Virginia Martin, Geretta Slamp and Betty Goewey Owens and by five brothers, Charley, Fred, Oral, Wayne and Lloyd Miller.
Funeral services will be held Friday (3-8-19) at 11:30 a.m. at the Lummis Funeral Home in Pleasant Hill. Burial will follow at Crescent Heights Cemetery in Pleasant Hill. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the services.
Memorials may be made to the Crescent Heights Cemetery Association.
