Harsh was sent to Benner Township state prison in February 2017 after he pleaded guilty to rape, corruption of minors and unlawful contact with a minor in Lancaster County in 2016.

His death is under investigation by state police, and this marks the fourth Centre County state prison inmate to die since Jan. 20. The previous three deaths were suicides though, according to the coroner.
