Disney Cruise Line summer 2020 itinerary: Family tours of Europe, Alaska, Caribbean

Disney fans, embarkation begins in 2020.

In addition to returning to Greece, Alaska, the Caribbean and the Bahamas, Disney Cruise Lines' summer 2020 itineraries includes five new European ports of call. 

The grand tour of Europe starts summer 2020 off with sailings on board the Disney Magic, which will depart from Rome and set sail for Greece.  These 12-night and nine-night cruises, combines a selection of stops in the Greek isles along with visits to Messina, Italy and Dubrovnik, Croatia, considered the 'pearl of the Adriatic.'

In late summer, itineraries head to northern Europe for cruises to the Baltic, British Isles and Norwegian fjords. New ports of call include Gdynia, Poland; Nordfjordeid, Norway; Plymouth, England; and Zeebrugge, Belgium. 

Alaska

Alaska also is in the plans for 2020. The Disney Wonder will return with seven-night itineraries departing from Vancouver, Canada, with visits to Juneau, Skagway, Ketchikan, Icy Strait Point and Dawes Glacier.

Port Canaveral

In addition to seven-night eastern and western Caribbean cruises from Port Canaveral, the Disney Fantasy and Disney Dream will sail five- and nine-night Caribbean sailings, along with three-, four- and five-night Bahamian cruises, three of which feature two stops at Disney’s private island, Castaway Cay.

“These new summer itineraries mean Disney’s dedicated repeat guests will have different options to sail with their favorite cruise line from our port. We’re excited for our cruise partner, and expect they’ll have success with the entire lineup,” said Port Canaveral Chief Executive Officer John Murray.
