Another round of U.S.-China talks this week

Trade talks between U.S. and Chinese negotiators will continue this week in Washington.

President Trump said in a weekend tweet that “big progress” has been made in the talks so far. And Agri-Pulse quotes Ag Secretary Sonny Perdue as saying there’s been good progress on ag issues, including China’s biotech approval policies.

USDA Trade Undersecretary Ted McKinney and USTR Chief Ag Negotiator Gregg Doud will take part in this week’s talks.
