A Chambersburg man faces eviction after he allegedly admitted to sexually assaulting a woman, despite being told to stop multiple times.

Taylor David Sulcer, 33, is charged with one count each of felony aggravated indecent assault and misdemeanor indecent assault, according to court documents. He was arraigned and taken to the Franklin County Jail, unable to post $50,000 bail.

Chambersburg Police were dispatched to a home in the borough at 5 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 11 upon receiving a call that a woman had been inappropriately touched by a man the night before.

Sulcer told officers after they arrived at the home that the two were lying on the bed next to each other and hanging out in the upstairs bedroom with several kids and another woman the previous evening, when he began touching her. Documents state he admitted to putting his hand under her pants and touching her genitals, even though she told him several times to stop and tried to push him away. Sulcer claimed he didn't know why he didn't listen to her, but said he eventually stopped after a few minutes, apologized and went downstairs.

Police then spoke with the woman, who corroborated Sulcer's story that he touched her in bed and that he continued after being told to stop. At one point during the incident, the woman said Sulcer began to pull down his pants but she repeatedly told him to stop, according to documents.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 8:15 a.m. on Feb. 26 in Franklin County Central Court.
