La Cita Golf & Country Club, 777 Country Club Dr, Titusville: Had 46 violations including employees wearing jewelry while preparing food, potentially hazardous food thawed at room temperature, employees working with food without first washing hands, live flying insects in food preparation area and expired seafood salad. Passed followup inspection.

Vincinos Ristorante and Pizzeria, 4980 N Wickham Rd #101, Melbourne: Had 42 violations including bowls with no handle used to dispense food, employees wearing jewelry, equipment in poor repair, sausage and meatballs chilled and stored without a cover, old labels stuck to trays after cleaning, burn gel stored next to cajun seasoning and Windex stored next to oil, can opener blade encrusted with food and employee with artificial nails/nail polish working with exposed food without wearing intact gloves. Passed followup inspection.

Denny's, 75 E Merrit Island, Merritt Island: Had 36 violations including accumulation of food debris on handwashing sink and soap/paper towel dispenser, buildup of food residue on cooking equipment handles, floors covered with standing water, gaskets with slimy, mold-like buildup, microwave encrusted with food debris, accumulation of black/green mold-like substance on the inside of the ice machine and reach-in cooler in poor repair and covered with food debris. Passed followup inspection.

La Marimba Mexican Restaurant, 3758 S Washington, Titusville: Had 35 violations including equipment in poor repair, standing water on the floor, old food stuck to clean dishware and utensils, old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning, wall soiled with black debris in the dishwashing area, flying insects spotted near a wait station. A bottle of bleach and container of soap were sitting on top of bag in box fruit punch. Bleach had leaked and soaked completely through the outer cardboard. Passed followup inspection.

Bennigans West Melbourne, 3955 W New Haven Ave, West Melbourne: Had 33 violations including employees wearing jewelry, soiled floor, duct tape used to repair non food-contact surfaces, no water in ice cream dipper, shelf under prep table soiled with food debris, slicer and vegetable chopper soiled with food debris and encrusted material on the can opener blade. Passed followup inspection.

Eddie's Sunrise Diner, 55 E Nasa Blvd, Melbourne: Had 33 violations including dead roaches found in a broom closet, equipment in poor repair, soiled floors, grease accumulated on kitchen floors and under cooking equipment, old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning, dented/rusted cans of butter beans, manager lacking proof of food management certification. A followup inspection is required.

Chez Maxime, 3550 S Washington Avenue Suite 19, Titusville: Had 30 violations including employees wearing jewelry and without hair restraints, food stored on the floor, wine stored on the floor under a hand sink with a plumbing leak, dented/rusted cans of tuna, tomatoes, spaghetti sauce, alfredo sauce and mushrooms, employees touching ready-to-eat food with bare hands, manager lacks proof of food management certification. A followup inspection is required.

Banana River Cafe, 1301 S. Patrick Dr, Satellite Beach: Had 26 violations including dish machine not sanitizing dishes properly, potentially hazardous cold food held at more than 41 degrees, raw beef and raw turkey stored with ready-to-eat ham, reach-in cooler soiled with food residue and not in good repair, muffins purchased from another restaurant not labeled with the address of business and ingredients. Passed followup inspection.

Bizzarro Pizza Of Merritt Island, 325 E Merritt Island Causeway Ste L, Merritt Island: Had 26 violations including glass cleaner stored with food, raw meat stored over cooked mussels, encrusted material on can opener blade, accumulation of encrusted food debris on/around mixer head, expired pasta and eggplant, food manager certification expired.
