16 undocumented immigrants indicted in multiple counties in southcentral Pa.
A federal grand jury indicted 16 undocumented immigrants for illegal re-entry into the United States on Jan. 16 and 30.
The 16 men were located in Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Lackawanna, Lebanon and York counties, according to a Middle District of Pennsylvania Department of Justice news release.
All were previously deported from the U.S. and allegedly re-entered the country after eluding examination or inspection by immigration officers.
- Jesus Flores-Hernandez, 27, of Mexico, was found in Lebanon County after being deported in May 2014.
- Estela Lento-Santiago, 30, of Mexico, was found in Lebanon County after being deported in December 2018.
- Benito Ruiz-Quiroz, 40, of Mexico, was found in Lebanon County after being deported in April 2010.
- Enoe Davila-Tenorio, 43, of Mexico, was found in Lebanon County after being deported in February 2016.
- Pedro Meza-Martinez, 30, of Mexico, was found in York County after being deported in April 2010.
- Mario Ruiz-Ruiz, 30, of Mexico, was found in Adams County after being deported in April 2010. He was arrested on Oct. 1, 2018, and taken to Adams County prison in lieu of no bail after he allegedly threatened his girlfriend and attempted to destroy the vehicle they were both in.

- Juan Conrad Gonzalez-Martines, 47, of Mexico, was found in Lackawanna County after being deported in August 2012.
- Isaias Flores-Lagunes, 30, of Mexico, was found in Cumberland County after being deported in October 2016.
- Teresa Cruz-Campos, 51, of Mexico, was found in Cumberland County after being deported in December 2012.
- Oscar Virgen-Mejia, 36, of Mexico, was found in Cumberland County after being deported in November 2018.
- Martin Cuellar-Perez, 34, of Mexico, was found in Cumberland County after being deported in September 2009.
- Ermes Alexander Diaz-Nolasco, 34, of El Salvador, was found in Cumberland County after being deported in November 2017.
- Adelmo Morales-Deleon, 36, of Guatemala, was found in Cumberland County after being deported in May 2013.
- Antonio Diego Cerano, 44, of Mexico, was found in Cumberland County after being deported in April 2010.
- Apolonio Robles-Jimenez, 60, of Mexico, was found in Dauphin County after being deported in July 2013.
- Jose Refugio Gonzalez-Bonilla, 25, of Mexico, was found in Dauphin County after being deported in July 2013.
Each defendant faces a maximum penalty of two years in prison, supervised release and a fine, the release states.
These cases were investigated by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Removal Operations.
All defendants are to be presumed innocent until found guilty in court, the release states.
