The reverse (tails) design honors Lowell’s role in the Industrial Revolution. The design depicts a mill girl working at a power loom with its prominent circular bobbin battery. A view of Lowell, including the Boott Mill clock tower, is seen through the window. Inscriptions are LOWELL, MASSACHUSETTS, 2019, and E PLURIBUS UNUM.

The obverse (heads) design features a restored 1932 portrait of George Washington by John Flanagan. Inscriptions are UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, LIBERTY, IN GOD WE TRUST, and QUARTER DOLLAR.

The mint website filled out the page for the rocketship. Having a 2 year old and a 4 year old, I think I will buy two even though the coins are nothing special.
