There was one item on the agenda. Action taken on that item is listed below.

• 4947 Saddle Brook Ct. "A variance to allow a proposed addition to the rear of the home to be set back 29.60 feet from the rear property line, where the Zoning Ordinance requires it to be set back 40 feet from the rear property line."
  
  The ZBA voted to deny the variance request. I voted no on the motion to deny the variance.
