A  hint of winter has returned as a storm with rain, snow and sleet is expected to sweep across the Northeast and it could affect your Tuesday morning commute.

The National Weather Service of State College has issued a winter weather advisory for a portion of central Pennsylvania from 7 p.m. Monday to 7 a.m. Tuesday.

A Monday night storm will bring an icy mix, and overnight temperatures will drop to the low 30s, which will allow rain to freeze as it touches the ground, NWS says.

Light snow and ice will still be on the ground by Tuesday morning, so be cautious of slippery road conditions.
