FBI Collected Fake Green Cards Allegedly Supplied By Trump Golf Club Managers

The FBI and New Jersey Investigators have Collected Employment Documents and Information allegedly provided to Immigrants Not Authorized to Work by Supervisors at President Trump’s Golf Club in Bedminster.

Newark Attorney Anibal Romero said he turned over Fake Permanent Resident Green Cards and Fraudulent Social Security Numbers that he said were given to One of his Clients by Managers at the Trump National Golf Club. He also handed over Pay Stubs given to another Client, Romero said.

Romero, who represents Five Immigrants he says were Undocumented when they worked for Trump’s New Jersey club, said he met with Two FBI Agents and Investigators from the New Jersey State Attorney General’s Office last month.

The Federal Agents said they were going to “coordinate” with the state investigators, Romero said.

“I’m confident that federal and state authorities will conduct a complete and thorough investigation,” Romero said.

Romero said one of the FBI Agents told him on the Phone that the Agent had “received a referral” from Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Office about the Attorney and the Information he had.

Romero had earlier Reached out to Mueller’s Office but was told that the Situation was Outside of its Jurisdiction.

Romero said earlier this month that the Attorney General’s Office had also contacted him about Reports by his Clients of Racially Charged Harassment and Threats that the Women were allegedly Subjected to by their Supervisors.

One of Romero’s Clients, 45-year-old Guatemalan Native Victorina Morales, went Public in a New York Times Interview early this month about her Three years Working at Trump’s New Jersey Resort as an Undocumented Immigrant who Cleaned Trump’s Living Quarters.

Romero said Morales was provided with Fake Green Cards and Social Security Numbers by Resort Managers when she was working there Illegally.

Morales said that she had come Forward in part to Highlight the “hypocrisy” of a President who rails against Undocumented Immigrants while they Work at his Club.

Morales said she Entered the U.S. Illegally in 1999 and began Working at the Trump National Golf Club in 2013. She was told at the Club that her Working Status “didn’t matter,” she recalled.

The Trump Organization said after Morales’ Story was Published that the Company has “very strict hiring practices.”

Penalties for Hiring Undocumented Immigrants

You may be subject to Civil and Criminal Penalties for Hiring Undocumented Immigrant Workers. Civil Penalties range from a Minimum of $375 per Unauthorized Worker for a First offense up to a Maximum of $1,600 per Worker for a Third or subsequent offense. If you are found to have engaged in a “pattern and practice” of Hiring Undocumented Workers, then you can be Fined up to $3,000 per Employee and/or Imprisoned for up to Six months.

Under the Harboring Law, if someone hires Multiple Illegal Immigrants within a one-year period, it becomes a Felony Offense that carries a potential Prison Term and fine. If the Person Assisted the Aliens into the Country, the Penalties Increases. Providing False Documents to help someone Work Illegally also falls under the Law.

This is not the First time a Trump Project has Hired Illegal Immigrants. In the summer of 1980, Trump hired, for Six months, Undocumented Polish Laborers to clear the Future site of his New York Trump Tower. Trump employed a Crew of 200, working in 12-hour shifts, without Gloves, Hard Hats, or Masks, to Demolish the Bonwit Teller Building on Fifth Avenue, where the 58-story, Trump Tower now stands.

The Workers were Paid as little as $4 an hour for their Dangerous Labor, less than Half the Union Wage, if they got Paid at all. Their treatment led to years of Litigation over Trump’s Labor Practices, and in 1998, despite frequent Claims that he never Settles Lawsuits, Trump quietly reached an Agreement to End the Class-Action Suit over the Bonwit Teller Demolition in which he was a Defendant for $1 Million.
