National Weather Service has issued a 24-hour flood watch starting Thursday evening

The National Weather Service in State College has issued a flood watch from 7 p.m. Thursday until 7 p.m. Friday for a portion of central Pennsylvania. 

The flood watch is for the counties of Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Fulton, Huntingdon, Juniata, Lancaster, Lebanon, Mifflin, Perry, Schuylkill, and York. 

One to two inches of rainfall is expected between Thursday and Friday, according to NWS.
