Police: Man in critical condition after falling off city parking ramp

A man was critical injured after falling off the top level of this parking ramp at Lansing Community College on Monday night. Police said no foul play was involved.

LANSING - A man suffered critical injuries after falling from the top level of a city parking ramp near Lansing Community College's downtown campus on Monday evening.

Officers were called to the North Capitol Ramp for a suicidal subject about 5:25 p.m. Monday, Lansing police Sgt. Bryan Curtis said. Surveillance video confirmed that no foul play was involved, he said.

The man, 26, of Lansing, was taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries, Curtis said.
