Canada invests more into dairies

Canada’s Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food has announced a second and final phase of their $250-million Dairy Farm Investment Program.

Lawrence MacAulay says the program ensures dairy farmers can make important upgrades to their operations, helping them continue to contribute to the economy and middle-class growth.

Nearly $100 million are available to help fund updates including new technology an equipment starting in January.
