Dover man exposes himself to girls on social media, in person, police say
Police said Randy Sackett, 42, of Dover Township, exposed himself to three girls in York, Dover and Dover Township.
Ted CzechA Dover Township man faces numerous charges — including indecent exposure and open lewdness — in three separate cases in which he allegedly exposed his penis to three girls, according to charging documents.
Police say Randy Sackett, 42, of the 3500 block of Sycamore Road, used the phone app FaceTime to communicate with the girls and expose himself to them, in addition to exposing himself to them in person, documents state.

Sackett was arraigned on Friday and was released from York County Prison on Monday. He could not be reached for comment.
Sackett has a preliminary hearing for all three cases before District Judge David C. Eshbach scheduled for Dec. 21, according to online court dockets.
Police begin investigation
In April, Northern York County Regional Police interviewed the three girls, who are now 16, 15, 10 years old.
The 16-year-old girl told police that sometime between August 2017 and November, Sackett communicated with her friend, the 15-year-old victim, by FaceTime. The two girls were in Dover at the time, documents state.
During the interaction between Sackett and the 15-year-old, the older girl heard him make lewd comments and saw that he "was exposing his penis and waving it around," documents state.

The 10-year-old victim told police she was sexually abused by Sackett when she was 4 years old in York and that it happened more than once, documents state.
The 15-year-old told police that Sackett would use FaceTime and Instagram to send photos and videos of his penis to her. He also asked the girl to send him nude photos, documents state.
On one occasion, Sackett allegedly exposed his penis to the 15-year-old girl in person in Dover Township and made lewd comments to her, documents state.
Charges
In the three cases, Sackett faces a combined three counts of open lewdness, two counts of indecent exposure and one count each of corruption of minors and indecent assault - person less than 13 years of age.
