A mother whose four children were killed after a single-vehicle crash Friday is receiving an outpouring of support from people near and far.

A lot of that support for Jackie Brown is coming from more than 1,000 people – many of them strangers – who have donated money via an online fundraiser on gofundme.com.

Three of Brown's four children – Arnez Yaron Jamison, Jr., 4, Robbiana Evans, 6, and Jamire Halley, 8 – died at the scene of the crash on State 253 around 12:28 a.m. Friday, said Trooper Joe Hovis, a spokesman for the state Highway Patrol.

The fourth child, 2-year-old Ar'mani Jamison, succumbed to injuries at about 5:30 p.m. Sunday, according to Deputy Coroner Jeff Fowler.

Three of Jacqueline Brown's children were killed Dec. 7, 2018, and a fourth was severely injured in a vehicle crash in rural Greenville County. The fourth died two days later.

The driver of the vehicle was a 27-year-old Greenville man. The vehicle he was driving ran off the road and struck several trees.

The gofundme campaign page on the behalf of Brown was created Friday by her co-worker Crystal Griffith.

"Jackie has lost her whole world all at once," the page said. "Please help Jackie properly lay her babies to rest."

The goal was set at $50,000. That goal was met Wednesday morning as donations continued to flow in for the fundraiser.

Support continues to grow. The money being donated on the page is, in many cases, accompanied with condolences, words of comfort or, in one case, in memoriam from a parent who has also suffered the loss of a child.

Rebecca Little, another donor, wrote that she doesn't know the family and doesn't even live in this state.

"I live in Connecticut, yet I came across your story and as a mother of 3, I can NOT imagine the pain u must be going through," Little wrote. "I wish I could donate more. ....I wish I could pay for the whole thing just to ease that burden from you."

One donor identified only as "Jennifer," wrote, "I cannot imagine this mother's pain, especially right before Christmas. Her whole world has changed in an instance."

Kari Bargas, who also donated, wrote, in part, "Momma, I pray peace and hope for you."

"May the grief be lightened by God's love, grace, and peace that passes understanding," she said. "Your beautiful babies are in His loving arms. I pray that gives you some comfort.".

A message from Brown posted on the gofundme page Saturday reads, in part, "Rest well, mommies angels ... the worst pain I've ever felt. I love y'all with all my heart. Y'all was my heart. Y'all kept me going."

A separate gofundme campaign for "The family of Arnez Jamison and Jaz'mire Brown (Jackie Brown)" was created by Grace Jones of New Jersey.

According to the page, "a relative of the father" is asking for donations to go towards "funeral arrangements, flowers, or anything else they may need "

That page has a goal of $3,000. More than $1,400 had been donated Tuesday afternoon.
