Florida Lifestyle Homes’ Cambridge underway in Quail West

Quail West is one of Stock Development’s premier golf and resort-lifestyle communities. From the lush, tropical canopy at its approach, to its streets winding through preserves and past manicured fairways and lakes, Quail West is unique to the real estate marketplace. It’s 70,000-square-foot clubhouse, with casual and formal dining, glass-enclosed heated swimming pool, and lounge areas, recently completed a major expansion and renovation project, which included a new golf pro shop, the Market Café, an indoor/outdoor seating area, and enhancements to its main lobby area.

One element of its expansion was the completion of its new two-story, 12,000-square-foot fitness and wellness center with state-of-the-art exercise equipment and rooms for yoga, Pilates, spinning classes and cardio workouts. It is in a separate building close to the community’s clubhouse.

Enhancements to its two 18-hole championship golf courses were also part of the changes that took place in Quail West.

The complete restoration of the Lakes and Preserve courses, by J. Drew Rogers, ASGCA, included designing new tees, greens, bunkering and a new irrigation system. Greatly enhanced practice facilities and a new pro shop were also part of the comprehensive renovation. The result is two distinctively different golf experiences and more variety for the members to choose from and enjoy.

Florida Lifestyle Homes, one of the luxury homebuilders in Quail West, is announcing its newest inventory home.

The Cambridge is on a lakefront homesite overlooking the 15th fairway of the community’s Lakes Course. The four-bedroom plus study, four-and-a-half-bath home has 3,576 square feet under air and 6,373 total square feet, including a three-car garage, plus an outdoor living area with a fireplace and outdoor kitchen with bar.

From the double-door front entry, you step into the foyer. Straight ahead is the 23- by-20-foot great room with sliding glass doors that fully pocket back providing direct access to the pool and outdoor living area.

To the left of the great room is the open kitchen with a large island counter and step-in pantry. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room with walls of glass that retract back in two directions, also providing access to the outdoor living area.

Beyond the kitchen are the three guest suites. Two are en suites, while the third guest bedroom, which has close access to the outdoor living area, shares the pool bath.

The study features a set of French doors and faces the front of the home. To the right is a short hallway that leads to the master retreat.

The master bedroom, which also has access to the outdoor living area, was designed for the ultimate in privacy. The bedroom measures 17 by 17 feet and has a tray ceiling.

From the master bedroom, owners walk past two oversized walk-in closets, one on each side of the hallway, prior to reaching the master bath. It includes his and her vanities, his and her private water closet, large shower with two access points, and a separate soaking tub.

The Cambridge is priced at $2.149 million.

Stock Signature Homes’ Ponte Vedra Grande is a four-bedroom plus study, four-and-a-half-bath home with 3,525 square feet under air and 5,116 total square feet, including a three-car garage and an outdoor living area with a pool and spa. It is priced at $1,547,605.

Four unfurnished inventory homes, by Stock Signature Homes, are completed and available for immediate purchase.

The Windsor III is a four-bedroom plus study, four-and-a-half-bath home with 4,155 square feet under air and 6,573 total square feet, including an outdoor living area. It is priced at $2,269,925, unfurnished.

The Muirfield V is a four-bedroom plus study, four-and-a-half-bath homes with 3,375 square feet under air and 4,943 total square feet, including a three-car garage and outdoor living area. It is priced at $1,528,605, unfurnished.

McGarvey Custom Homes’ Southampton overlooks the green of the 10th hole of the community’s Preserve Course. The four-bedroom plus study, four-and-a-half-bath home has 4,475 square feet under air and 6,661 total square feet, including a side-entry, three-car garage with additional space for a golf cart. It is priced at $3.75 million, including furnishings.

Stock Signature Homes’ Normandy II model, which overlooks a lake, is a four-bedroom plus study, four-and-a-half-bath home with 4,124 square feet under air and 6,034 total square feet, including a three-car garage and several covered lanais, a gourmet outdoor kitchen, and a free-form pool and spa with several fire features. It is priced at $2.095 million, including furnishings.

Five future models by Stock Custom Homes are also in various stages of completion.

The Laurene offers lake and golf course views. The four-bedroom, plus study and club room with bar, four full-bath, /two half-bath home has 5,672 square feet under air and 8,485 total square feet, including a four-car garage. It is priced at $4.795 million.

The Sandy Lane offers a lake and golf course view of the 12th hole of the community’s Preserve Course. The five-bedroom, plus study and flex room, five-and-a-half-bath home with 6,005 square feet under air and 9,523 total square feet includes two, two-car garages and an outdoor living area with a gas fireplace and gourmet outdoor kitchen. The price has not yet been determined.
