SOUTH FORT MYERS — Zuckerman Homes’ Venetian Pointe community, located on the southeast corner of Gladiolus Drive and Summerlin Road in South Fort Myers, has launched its End-of-Year Sales event.

“Throughout the entire month of December, anyone purchasing a new home in our custom estate villa community will save up to $15,000,” stated Andrew Zuckerman, President of Zuckerman Homes.

An array of homes with beautiful elevations and many upgrades as standard features including, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, spa-inspired master baths with his and her sinks are located throughout the community.

"There’s also a variety of views,” said Zuckerman. “With prices starting in the upper-$200s, we truly have a home for every lifestyle.”

Those interested in saving up to $15,000 should visit the Venetian Pointe Sales Center. The offer ends on December 31.

While visiting Venetian Pointe, take a tour of the community’s just completed main amenity area. The Venetian Club is where residents can work out in the fitness center, relax or swim in the resort-style pool, and lounge on the outdoor patio in the sun or in the shade.

"Designed to be one of the centerpieces of the community, the Venetian Club was positioned so it’s within walking distance of every home in Venetian Pointe,” said Zuckerman. “It truly is a fun, friendly, vibrant place to hang out and to enjoy the great lifestyle Southwest Florida is known for.”

Venetian Pointe residents will also have scenic sidewalk paths that wind throughout and around the community for strolling or jogging.

In addition to the amenities, furnished models, move-in ready inventory homes, open floor plans, and pricing, there are four other major reasons buyers have decided to purchase at Venetian Pointe.

The first is  there are no CDD (Community Development District) fees. Second, the HOA fees are low. Third, due to the elevation of the community, no flood insurance is required. And fourth, the community has natural gas for cooktops, water and pool heaters, dryers, and outdoor grills.

"Many buyers have told me that they purchased in Venetian Pointe because, when they added up the monthly costs of living in a surrounding community, including the HOA and CDD fees, along with the cost of flood insurance, they discovered they could get much more for less at Venetian Pointe,” said Zuckerman.

Situated on 50 acres, Venetian Pointe is a community of only 100 well-appointed custom estate villas.

Buyers have a choice of 15 fully customizable two- to four-bedroom plus den floor plans. The one- and two-story homes range in size from 1,500 to almost 3,000 square feet.

All homes also offer a backyard and a Florida room, as well as a two-car garage with separate area for a workstation, studio or extra storage.

While each floor plan at Venetian Pointe is designed to encompass what homebuyers are looking for today, Zuckerman Homes offers the opportunity to customize each home to the buyer’s specifications.

"We believe that every home we build should be as unique as our homeowners,” Zuckerman said. “That’s why our design process allows buyers to create and customize their home with finishing touches, to make it a reflection of themselves.”

Adding to the appeal of the homes at Venetian Pointe is the beauty of the neighborhood itself. Zuckerman Homes is a believer in preserving natural elements and minimizing its impact on the environment.

That’s why, within the 50 acres of Venetian Pointe, Zuckerman Homes set aside over one-third of the property for natural preserves and lakes.
