LANSING — Light snow and freezing rain caused slide-offs and crashes Thursday in the Lansing area, and slick roads will be a possibility again on Thursday night and Friday morning.

Scattered, light flurries are possible on Thursday night and could continue into the Friday morning commute, the National Weather Service said.

Less than an inch is expected, but with temperatures falling into the upper teens, roads could be slick in spots, forecasters said.
