Pete Dougherty grew up in Madison and graduated from the University of Wisconsin. He has worked at the Green Bay Press-Gazette since December 1987, covering the Packers since 1993, first as a beat writer through the 2013 season, then as a columnist starting in 2014. His goal is to offer his opinion on what’s going on with the team, based on his own observations and after consulting sources from around the league.

TOM SILVERSTEIN, Packers beat reporter
Tom Silverstein has covered the Packers since 1989, first as a beat reporter for the Milwaukee Sentinel and then for the Journal Sentinel. In addition to leading daily coverage, he hosts a weekly in-season show with LeRoy Butler, writes a weekly NFL preview, makes picks on every NFL game and conducts a live game blog.

RICHARD RYMAN, Packers business reporter
Richard Ryman is a journalist with more than 45 years of experience as an editor and reporter. He started as a sports reporter and has been a business reporter/editor since 1984, with the Green Bay Press-Gazette since 1998. His current job is to report on the non-football aspects of the Packers. He is a longtime supporter, coach and administrator for youth baseball leagues and a Civil War buff.
